Linking the Salesforce integration to your BrightReps account is easy! There are a few differences in the set up process for this integration when compared to the others. In order to link this integration you do not have to visit the Integrations Lab.

First, go to “Edit Profile” in the top right corner of your BrightReps homepage.

Then, simply click the “Link Salesforce” button and enter in your Salesforce credentials to authenticate.

If all went well, the Salesforce step types will now be available in your Flow Builder.
