Have you ever built a flow that uses the same kind of step over and over again? Say, updating the same detail to a Salesforce Case field or Zendesk ticket field, or offering the same choices for an agent to choose from across different flows? This would mean building the same step over and over again for each new flow, until now.
This week, we're introducing Saved Step Templates. With Saved Step Templates, you can build and configure any particular step however you like and then save it as a template in your personal library, making it easy to add elsewhere in the same flow or in a different flow entirely with just one click. Here's how to use this handy, time-saving feature.
How to create a Saved Step Template from a step you've already built
- Open the flow containing the step you wish to save as a template, then click on the step itself.
- Click the dropdown button next to SAVE, then click Save as Template
- Type in a Name and Description for your new Saved Template, then click SAVE.
