The Pivotal Tracker integration creates new bug records within Pivotal Tracker projects.

Configuring the Step

From an existing flow on the Flow Builder:

Click the plus (+) icon to add a step.

Select step “Pivotal Open Bug Record"

Enter required information including: Title, Project, Name, and Description.

You can click “Hide Selection Field” to hide that field from the Sidekick user and use whatever default value is entered here. You can click "Hidden?" to hide those fields from the Sidekick user.

• Project: If you have multiple projects under your company you can choose which project this step should default to or simply hide some projects you do not want to show as part of this step and flow.
• Name: A default title for the bug in Tracker (or empty)
• Description: A default description for the bug in Tracker (or empty)

Note: For both Name and Description you can use dynamic variables for populating their values. Click the “+” to see a list of all available variables.
