Configuring Twilio Step Type:
From an existing flow on the Flow Builder
Click the plus (+) icon to add a step
Select “Twilio: Send Text Message”

- Add Account Name to flow step. The Account Name will need to be updated in your Twilio account in order for it to populate in Brightreps Flow Builder.
- Add Phone Number and/or Message Body to flow step if wanted. You may also add these directly into Sidekick if you so choose, once you arrive to this step.
- Dynamic Variables: You can use dynamic variables for the value by clicking the “+” icon on the right. That will show you all the variables that are available for you to use.
- Hidden: If you’d like not to show the field to the Rep, then add a default value and select the “Hide Field in Sidekick” checkbox.
